I ordered my pizza at 11:30PM, 2 and a half hours before they were supposed to close. The delivery ETA kept getting pushed back until about 1:30, when it said it was cancelled. When I called the number for the delivery driver (I guess it’s outsourced through uber, which creates its own set of issues), he said he tried going to the store to pick it up, but they were told they closed and didn’t make my pizza. Extremely annoyed that I was sitting here waiting for 2 hours expecting my food. It would’ve been nice to get a call letting me know they wouldn’t be able to make the order, because food options at 1:30AM are pretty limited.

Very unsafe. The food is fine, but when I went to pick up my order earlier tonight, an employee invited 4-5 of his young adult male friends (some of them shirtless ) to hang out in front of the door, smoke, be extremely loud and blast explicit rap music. It was very uncomfortable picking up my order since these guys outside were comfortable harassing female customers. An extremely unprofessional and unsafe environment especially for female customers. If I hadn't already paid for my order online, i would have left.

Ordered dinner and although it came in the delivery window, my pizza looks like someone had eaten it, everything was covered in grease, and the pepperoni roll thing was burnt to a solid crisp.I am shocked by this. I have never had an issue before.Edit: I was so frustrated with the pizza that I didn't even initially notice it is also the wrong pizza. I ordered a Hawaiian and got this abomination

Bro they didnt cancel my order, and just left me waiting for food, i finally called and he first lied and said they dont have any stuff crust i asked if they could just make my food i dont need stuff crust. Dude said the order is cancelled at the store, i was like i dont need stuff crust he responded I dont have any drivers, right now im like bro you could of just said that and could of cancelled my order!
