I ordered on the app, they put that my pizza was ready for pickup around 25 minutes later so I go try to pick it up. I get to the store and they tell me it’s coming out of the oven but I’m stuck waiting 20 minutes in the store.. how does it take 20 minutes to come out of the oven. Pizza was disgusting. No dough to it. So thin that it just fell apart. Wasted $50 on dinner

Everything has always been amazing from this location for us! We always place a large order, and it is always ready quickly and is great quality. Yesterday Al helped us, and he went above and beyond. He was super friendly and made the experience that much better! The facility looks very clean and organized and always has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this location!

Pizza was undercooked and soupy. We all had one slice and didn't want anymore. BBQ boneless wings where soggy and had only a few drops of BBQ Sauce. Definitely won't order from them again. The delivery driver was nice though. But the food was unacceptable.

Food wad trash. Presentation for the price was poor. Workers inside look confused. When I worked at papa johns 20+ years ago it was way better and we all had a specific job. Today workers don't care and corporate don't care. Perfect location, but bad customer service and product. People will still order as to why corporate will never make change to do anything to fix issues. As long as revenues continue to come in, that's all they care about. Poor training is what causes issues for customers. We had strict rules back then down to the hat and uniform. Now papa johns is not represented right. Once again, it starts with the top, and the top just don't care. Management needs changed to make change. I feel sorry for the workers that have to deal with angry customers because management want to sit back and collect money and do nothing. Management should be there for the 1st 3+ months when a grand opening happens. Very sad!

I am writing this as I am waiting for my pizza I was given a 83 minute delivery time at 7:39pm it is now 10:41pm and my pizza isn’t even on the way yet , this is the worst papa John’s known to man any other one would be better then this one, they don’t answer the phone they have no time management at all and my last straw will be if this pizza gets here cold it’s over , it’s not like I ordered anything difficult just a pep and a cheese pizza , and I live 2 mi away seems like getting high in the back is way more important then your pizza ! Do better ! Wish I could leave 0 stars the worst papa John’s there is more 1 star ratings then any others been open for 4 months now and wouldn’t be surprised if they close up shop here soon
