Sam's has a fascinating story, rooted in a passion for cooking that extends back to 1998, as highlighted by a customer review. The owner, Adam, and his assistant, also named Adam, have cultivated a reputation for creating fantastic, flavorful food. While the name "Sam's" is associated with a physical address and a food truck, the common thread is a dedication to quality American comfort food. One customer raved about "The Porker," a pulled pork sandwich with crispy coleslaw and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, calling it "a great sandwich" and "super tasteful." The side dishes also receive high praise, with green beans and baked beans described as "delicious" and "awesome." This feedback paints a picture of a business that takes its food seriously. However, the customer experience isn't universally perfect, as another review mentioned disappointment with a gyro, citing issues with the bread and the portion of lamb. Despite this, the positive feedback about the core American offerings, such as the sandwiches and sides, suggests that Sam's excels in its specialty. This overview provides a look into a business that combines years of culinary experience with a genuine passion for creating great food for the local community.

Saw that this truck was in a nearby neighborhood and decided to make a run there, Met the owner Adam who has been a Chef since 1998, his assistant also was named Adam. Decided to try the Porker, a pulled pork sandwich with crispy coleslaw on top and some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce on top. You talk about a great sandwich, oh my, super tasteful. Also ordered Green Beans which had corn, green beans, red peppers I believe and some pieces of pork. Delicious. Then some Baked Beans, they were nice and mild tasting, pieces of pork, chopped onions. Awesome. Super great experience. Cant wait to go back to try more things.
Apr 14, 2021 · MRBARBQ 1The bread for the gyro is awful. (Dirt from the grill is not the same as charring from heating the bread.) The contents of the gyro were OK. There were a few pieces of lamb. Order fries in a separate container or they put a few in the same container as the gyro and charge for a side order.
Jun 15, 2023 · Geordie BMy co-worker and I were very excited to try Adam's Eden Food Truck for lunch today, but all-in-all, were really disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered 2 gyros ; the bread was so hard and stale that it fell apart in the short 2-minute walk back to the building. The toppings were limited, and the sauce was flavorless. Wished we would have had a better experience :(
Sep 10, 2024 · Nicole BurnworthI love this bourbon chicken. The chicken was perfect, the flavors were great, the customer service is outstanding. I'm lucky this food truck was by my job. If your looking for mall bourbon chicken, this is it, very hard to find in ohio with great flavor most important the char. Great price and portion
Jan 28, 2023 · Gizzle BrownFirst, I tried the bourbon chicken and it tasted more like tangy bbq so I passed. I went ahead and ordered the beef hot dog and fries and the hot dog was very small and looked old and dry and discolored on the inside. The fries (crinkled and straight) were NOT cooked in fresh oil. They were very dark and had a horrible after taste. My coworker got the buffalo chicken and said the chicken was very tough and hard to chew. We both agreed that the food truck looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile.Needless to say, this wasn't a pleasant lunch experience and waste of my $9 even though it said beef hotdog and fries for $4.
