White Castle System, Inc. Reviews
Did you guys change the chicken breast. The texture of the meat was different today. Fries not cooked, sandwich odd texture and burnt with hard bread. We have bigger issues in this world. However, I'm done with white castle after today. Thank you.
Jul 23, 2025 · C. J. JohnsonMLK and University location; extremely freezing cold in their lobby. One or two things, the air conditioning unit is broken, or could this be a tactic to keep customers from utilizing the lobby 🧐. When we got ready to sit down and eat dinner, none of our burgers had ketchup and mustard as requested. Make contact with the manager, manager said she would do a replacement on the burgers only. Return the next day, manager said she does not remember the order. $30.00 spent, poor service. My next step, follow up with cooperate for a full refund. I'M DONE WITH THE FOOLERY!
Aug 02, 2025 · Charmayne HughesMy family is from NYC, but we now live in North Carolina. We miss having late-night cravings. Please build a franchise in cities like Concord, Mint Hill, Matthews, or Locust. All great communities to bring the White Castle family to the south.
