This is my last time here. I have been trying to give them a chance because I know they have staffing issues for the last two years. This location is close to my home and church. But this experience was the worst by far. The cold brew was watered down so badly it tasted like nothing. The whipped topping and chocolate sauce couldn’t even sweeten it to make it taste like something. Banana nut bread arrived after the meal was almost finished without butter. My home fries were burnt and the portion size was off. Couldn’t send them back because the server never came back. The server kept evading us never checked to see if we needed refills or wanted to order anything additional. We had to go to the counter to get take out silverware. We waited 6 minutes while our food got cold for the server to return; she never did. We had to stand at the front counter to get the check because again the server brought the to go order but forgot the check. My take out order was wrong and there were up-charges for food I didn’t order. The manager wants sympathy for staffing issues but we are still paying full price for subpar food and terrible service.

Normally I don't run into issues with Bob Evans, but there were just a couple of things that just made the experience less than ideal. First, it was late in the evening and there was no one manning the hostess stand. So we stood there for a while. Once we were seated and our order taken, I was able to watch through the island at our food being prepped. I ordered what I call a dip and serve meal, as the key components are already prepared and sitting in a steam table. My companion ordered something that requires cooking. However, the line cook dipped most of my meal and set it in the window under a heat lamp almost instantly. This shouldn't happen. If you know you have to prepare a portion of the order, you should not sit a customer's entree in the window for 10 minutes. 2 or 3, okay. So needless to say the vegetables were not the hottest.

Never had a worse experience in my life , server took our order and never came back , literally. We had to go up every time to get refills , sides and everything, food was wrong , our order was put in 20 minutes after we ordered . Assistant Manager said they were going to take care of it and did not help at all. I will never come back here , and I suggest you never go to this location. Also the restaurant was not busy at all.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger, cold slaw, and peach lemonade 😋 My server was a young lady in training, and she was delightful 😊 I also purchased one of Bob's Evans apron, and banana nut bread after my meal. The atmosphere is good 👍 Guest is very friendly, and I am fortunate enough to live 5 minutes away 😀 too.

Mac&cheese runny no gravy on country steaks my chicken was the bomb but I expected the honey to be drizzled on the chicken since it was called honey chicken not just some honey packs threw in the bag . The mash were good but they were cold abs again we couldn’t find the gravy . The best x thing about this experience was the best dasher I ever had
