If I could leave zero stars I would. This was the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a pizza on 2/13 and was told it would take 45 mins to get to my house. This wait time was totally fine with me but I was shocked to see that seconds later, my delivery time was updated to 17 minutes. This made so sense bc the Papa John’s is 10 mins from my house! I was concerned with how they would be able to make a fresh pizza, cut it, box it and get it out the door in 7 minutes but hey! When it got here, I opened the box to see an OLD, Luke warm and brittle pizza with a hollow crusty and it was paper thin! Absolutely terrible! I called the Papa John’s location and was waiting for someone to pick up for 15 minutes before I gave up and called the corporate help line. I filed a complaint and here we are a week later and I still haven’t heard anything back. I will not be shopping with Papa John’s anymore!

Wish I could give a zero star!!!! I use to love to come here but that was years ago! I mean they don’t even have a door handle anymore! I wish I was kidding. I stood for 2 minutes waiting for my order that was just sitting behind the counter while 4 employees were too busy chatting amongst themselves and ignoring the lobby customers coming in and out! I’m not sure who owns this location but I highly recommend a clean sweep on your staff, even if that means to close for day or two. Customer service is everything!If that’s not bad enough the product that they give the customer is embarrassing! They just throw it together with no effort like they don’t care about there job. They can care less about the tip that was given on the online order. This store needs shut down immediately until there is complete new management, staff and maybe a door handle! Not a rag to pull the door open!

Horrible experience with a pick up order. Pizza wasn’t cut at ALL. Huge holes in the pizza so half of it is ruined. Ordered garlic breadsticks that had no garlic on them. Plus the workers were rude when I walked in and barely acknowledged me to hand me the pizza

We placed an order online and waited over an hour for it to be delivered. The website says it was delivered but it never was, and the store will not answer the phone to even inquire about it. Terrible customer service.****Edit****If I could give less stars I would... We gave em another shot and now know why the reviews are so low. This is a terrible location. Needs closed down. They don't answer the phone at all. Pizza was ice cold and not even docked.

Worst place everWorst pizza ever for Papa John'sBad crust. Hardly any cheese. Bubbles through out the pizza. Only maybe 10 pieces of pepperoni on our extra large and maybe 6 banana peppers. Terrible parking. Terrible employees. Terrible store.
