Main Street is a central artery in Columbus, connecting various commercial districts, government buildings, and residential areas, ensuring high visibility and foot traffic.
For those utilizing public transportation, the downtown Columbus area is extensively served by COTA bus routes, with numerous stops likely within a very short walk of the restaurant. Its central location also means it's accessible by walking for many working in nearby offices. If you're driving, downtown parking typically involves metered street parking or nearby parking garages. It's an important note, as highlighted by local insights, that the parking lot directly around Pecan Penny's is generally not for restaurant use, and customers should be mindful of signage to avoid towing. However, with a bit of planning, finding parking in the vicinity is usually manageable. The accessibility combined with its lively downtown setting makes Pecan Penny's an excellent choice for a lunch break, an after-work gathering, or a weekend outing with family and friends.

Pecan Penny's Reviews
I first want to say that I have had the BBQ here, and I really enjoyed it, but I didn't snag any pictures of it. I had the pulled pork and we also ordered the wings and both were very good! I really like the G daddy sauce and I love the mustard based sauce on everything. Is this the best BBQ you're ever gonna have? No. However, they offer up a big variety of dishes, and all of them are solid meals and have great flavor. BBQ is a decisive food because people are always looking for the BEST BBQ and imo they set the bar way too high. You can tell they put care into their food and it tastes great. The vibe is good, they have great happy hr specials and good daily specials. They have a great patio for hanging on a nice day and they offer a large selection of drinks. I still haven't had a dessert from here but that is next on my things to try. I will update photos with my next visit because I plan on trying the ribs and definitely the banana pudding.

Jul 11, 2025 · Miracle ReasonWent for lunch today and had an excellent experience! They have a $5 brisket burger special on Thursday's and it was really good. Service was incredible, and the atmosphere was great too. Cold beer and fantastic food!
Jul 03, 2025 · Bryant KubikThe atmosphere and service was great. The brisket was amazing and soft. I don’t care for the Mac and Cheese. The greens were warm and not hot. But we’re tender. My wife salad looked amazing and enjoyed it. I believe this is great way to take a load off if your downtown Columbus.
Mar 15, 2025 · Michael BridgesThis was a fun atmosphere. It was very well lit and lively, and I can’t wait till the summer comes to have the garage doors open to the patio, which just makes the capacity so much better and a great place for outdoor dining! The food was quick, hot and delicious!
