Well let’s start with everything was cold when given to me. Waiting in line for 45 mins for cold food is a bit crazy. The order was incorrect for my sons order. They gave him bacon and he doesn’t eat pork. The guy at the front you could tell he was brand new, sweet boy. I didn’t want to say anything to him bc I just seen him get cussed out by the car in front of me. The manager came to take the chili off my bill bc they was out and she seemed very annoyed.This is a brand new store, and with that being said the company and corporate should know that you need all hands on deck for the first few weeks of opening. And if you don’t have employees then pull from other stores. I just felt like who ever made the decision to close with only two people in the restaurant set them up for failure.

I was in drive through almost 25 minutes and took a while to order and get my food. Took me almost 45 minutes just to order get to the windows pay and get my food.And I ordered no pickle on my Dave's double but I got like 4 of them on a sandwichRight now customer service not really good and they dont pay attention to direction when people order if no pickle dont put pickle.It was not good experienceI hope they do better

Had the wrong drink sizes no napkins and forgot to put my large fry in bag. The amount of time i waited figured it would be all there. It was a mobile order. The worker was nice manager not so much. Trying to rush rather than get the order right. Would've been 1 star if it wasnt for worker.

NEVER SHOULD HAVE OPEN THIS STORE WITHOUT TRAINING YOUR WORKERS FIRST. Freaking ridiculous.sat in line for 30 mins now I have to go out my way to other Wendy’s to get food I can trust. Bad reputation on a new business opening.

Awful service. Staff was opening up sandwiches then rewrapping them to get orders right crowded, slow and it seemed like no one had a clue what was going on. I ordered the Baconator combo. Mostly due to a mild food allergy against lettuce. When I got to my sesk and opened up my meal they had pul lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. The baconator doesn't come with those.who does that? I will not be going back
