very disappointed.😓waiting at the window.more then 3min..😳I even cut my car off until she's asked me. Can I help you..took too long .it wasn't crowded at all..🫤by time. I got to the second window to pay for my food. I had to wait again .by time. I got my food. I should have checked my food before I left ..my fry is cool, old and no salt On my fries (DAMN). Always check your food before leaving the window..🧐I wanted to drive back but I did not want to take all that.Time just trying to get fresh fries, And she did not give me a receipt for the meal.So everything kind of hard to prove it unless she remembered my face.Hopefully the same person is still up there.But instead I just Through fries in the trash And just remind myself never go there again

I just had the most positive experience! While the line was really busy (lunch time), the person taking the orders was so friendly and correctly took my order and even double checked that they had the drink flavor that I wanted. The person taking the money really kind as well. But my favorite part, my food is FRESH! My burger and fries and chicken nuggets are all hot. The fries are actually fried and not uncooked. Thank you E. Broad street staff for caring about what you do, it makes a difference and I will have a better day today because of your care.

Wrong order again! Today I went there and ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger ($2.89) and a Jr hamburger ($1.49), both with tomato and lettuce. Then a kid handed me my order and I drove home without checking it first. When I got home, I found that I did not get Jr bacon cheeseburger at all. Instead, I got two Jr hamburgers with NO bacon, NO cheese, NO tomato, NO lettuce. Both are just bread and patty, with some weird-tasted and super salty sauce. I eat at other Wendy's often so I knew it was not the right sauce. I had to throw both away. What a waste of time and money. It is fine that you let kids make burgers, but please at least make sure they are making them right.

The Cashier, Mr. Jesse, was extremely rude and callous. I only wanted a frosty and he made me feel stupid, with an attitude. Maybe he had a bad day but no need to make mine bad too lol.

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The handles are broke on the door so you can’t get in unless someone opens the door, the drive thru is incredibly slow, there’s no sense of urgency, a lot of giggling and laughter but no work. The messed my meal up and I didn’t even go back.
