It may just be that I’m a regular guy from a not so regular place but this location is amazing. First, it looks basic from the outside but once you walk through the doors you get a high end dining vibe from the setup of the sitting area that is beyond any Wendy’s location I’ve ever been in. Tables, benches, seats, decor is nice in my opinion. I mean, you can sit at the counter and watch the staff go about their duties as if you were in a hibachi restaurant. Power outlets everywhere so that you can keep your electronics charged up and they are equipped with usb ports. The food is typical Wendy’s expectations, regular menu. Prepared well and fast. The staff is friendly and professional. What really blew my mind is the setup of it all. It’s just I never would have expected a fast food restaurant to put the effort in that I seen here. Outside dining via patio and all. This place made me miss the sun rooms of the old days. Add to that the fact that I prefer Wendy’s over any other fast food joint and there you have it, my humble opinion.

This is a tough rating because when I’ve talked to the staff they have been very nice. On the other hand this store always has some kind of issue going on. Today the grill is broke, which is something that happens and I understand but this isn’t even the first time that’s been told to me here. I’ve also tried to get things from here multiple (at least 3) times and they run out of hamburger regularly. This seems insane for a burger place. I’ve also had them refuse to take my order through the drive through and have everyone come inside to order at a kiosk (twice). Whoever is in management or possibly even the owner here needs to get it together. I would be embarrassed of the frequency of issues at this store. I’ve worked in the service industry for most of my life and never have I seen a store with so many issues so regularly. The store is clean, the freestyle machine is always loaded. So I will give them credit for that.

The workers were so rude, there were little kids trying to order food and they were confused were to go. they were even thinking that they didn't even pay. Be more nicer! And one of the workers were complaining about there jobs that they willingly chose to do. Other than that the outside is beautiful and tables were clean.

Had to place my own order, but the lady who took cash basically did it for me. She was very nice and helpful. I hate and usually refuse to use self-service options as I'm not being paid by Wendy's. Ordered double stack with 4 pc. I received old spicy nuggets. Employees were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, but I will not use a machine to place my order again.

Unique experience for any Wendy's I've been in! Locked bathrooms, no loitering signs, and no napkins or condiments out to grab as needed. But the food and service is consistent with Wendy's standards. Loud music pumping in the clean dining room. I got the $2 off taco salad Tue deal, and I appreciate that they keep the chips separate.
