Let me start by saying I love Bibibop's food. But my experience the other day at this particular restaurant was awful -all due to one worker. He was an older man and may have been the owner or manager. He had no sense of customer service, but was abrupt and surly. I ordered a bowl and he put in almost twice the usual amount of rice. I asked for a lot of bean sprouts and he put in much less than the usual amount. When I asked for more, he threw in just a few, acting like I was being unreasonable. This continued for all my requests for ingredients. I ended up eating what I did get, but there was a huge amount of rice left over. If I ever go back to this restaurant, I will not go in if this man is working the line.

Tried Bibibop for the first time this week. The food was delicious. But as we were eating, a roach crawled up the wall! One of the workers just grabbed it with her glove and killed it. Disappointed, because I thought the food was great.

This location has never had the friendliest service but tonight we hit an all time low.My order at Bibibop has an incredibly high profit margin. I get a rice bowl with carrot, an atrocious amount of egg, tofu and yum yum sauce. I can’t imagine that it costs more than $2 to make my order. Despite this, I had to ask three times for my atrocious amount of egg. The friend I was with asked for extra broccoli but that was ignored as well.I understand that businesses have to make money, but this seems like a bit of overkill.
