I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I paid $21 for my meal, and it was a total mess from start to finish. First, I specifically asked for no onions on my food, and guess what? There were onions on it anyway. Then, when I asked to add another drink, the staff refused to service me, saying they wouldn’t serve me anything extra. How is that even a policy?To top it off, my large fries were not super hot and filled all the way, and I paid for EXTRA fudge—yet, as you can see I’ve attached pictures, they clearly didn’t include it. I’m honestly shocked by the level of carelessness. When we’re paying for extra items, we expect to get what we paid for. I know I have not been the only person to have a bad experience. I typically don’t have many issues at this location but this was …. TerribleI will be filing an appropriate complaint.

I don't know what's happening here, I've been going here for years. Now every time I go here around 6pm and order nuggets this is what I get. If they're not burnt they are rubber! If you ask for them fresh, you seriously have about a 75% chance of getting them all hard, cooked to long!!! There's a younger girl as the manager now and if you try to say something, She is NOT ok with it and will let you know. She treats you bad, like you're wasting her time and you should be happy with what you're given!All in all not a pleasant place now... The manager before her 100 times better than this one!

Cannot even order anything at this restaurant, they blame it being under staffed but all I asked for was for a drink and they said they were too busy to make it but there was not one car or anyone in the restaurant, I would be willing to wait, the staff just doesn’t want to work.
